Description: The perfect combination of the aromatic cosmopolitan and the dynamic greek experience. Together they create a wine with intense flavors of fruits. Exotic fruits are combined with peach and citrus fruits. A wine with a rich taste, refreshing and excellent balance, pleasant acidity and great aromatic aftertaste.

White Wine | Gerovassiliou
Variety composition: Malagouzia & Assyrtiko
Color: Bright blond in color with greenish shades
Accompanies best: Seafood, fish, white meat with mild sauces, pasta, greek salad (tomato & feta), Mediterranean & Asian cuisine.
Description: A pioneering blend of two indigenous grape varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko.
Skin contact in cold is retained for a few hours and then follows alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 18 ºC. It has a distinctive nose with impressions of exotic fruit and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon, and lemon. On the palate, it has a rich, round feel with a lemony aftertaste.
The first contact with the palate exudes refinement, characterized overall by richness, harmony, a pleasant vitality, and a lemony finish.

Description: A strong varietal aroma of flowers and citrus fruit on the nose and palate, with white rose and orange blossom prevailing. A fresh wine, full and balanced, with a long aftertaste.
